Customer Service Representative | Carlsbad, CA

Growing insurance organization is adding a Customer Service Representative to support a busy, fast-paced client base within the trades and construction space.

This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable on the phone, stays sharp with follow-up, and can confidently navigate direct conversations while maintaining professionalism.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $22/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fully on-site in Carlsbad

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with contractors and service-based clients
• Respond to inquiries related to accounts, coverage, and general support needs
• Follow up consistently via email to confirm details and next steps
• Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office
• Partner with internal team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

What They're Looking For

• Strong phone experience, ideally in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
• Comfortable communicating with a direct, sometimes tough client base
• Consistent and detail-oriented with email follow-up
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team-oriented and willing to support others as needed
