Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Shift Options: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)


About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by processing orders, returns, and repairs accurately
  • Prepare and send invoices via email and mail
  • Assist customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce platforms with product questions, pricing, and order details
  • Deliver first-level technical support and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with Shipping, Production, Accounting, and Quality teams as needed
  • Track and manage customer repair orders through completion
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of customer support/customer service experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with CRM/database systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to use discretion and exercise independent judgment

  • Capable of lifting/carrying up to 20 lbs
