The Role
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you’ll handle both inbound customer callsandoutbound speed-to-lead follow-ups.
When a new lead comes in, speed matters—you’ll be expected to respond within minutes. This is a role for someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and confidently engage customers.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
Make outbound calls to new leads quickly (speed-to-lead follow-up)
Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
Handle multiple conversations and tasks at once
Maintain accurate data entry and job details
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Dependable and reliable – you show up and perform consistently

Confident on the phone (both inbound and outbound calls)
Strong communication skills (must speak English proficiently)

Electrical or home services experience is a plus (not required)
Requirements
Must be located within 60 minutes of our office
Open to a hybrid schedule (in-office + remote)
Available for evenings and/or weekends as needed
Compensation & Performance Bonus
$16–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Performance-based bonus structure tied to results
Bonus Opportunities:
Bonus for appointments booked from inbound + outbound calls
Bonus for speed-to-lead response time (quick follow-up wins)
Bonus for show rate / quality bookings
