Join our expanding retail team as a Customer Service Representative, serving as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Greet customers warmly and professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist with processing sales orders, credit applications, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
- Handle cash transactions, follow financial procedures, and reconcile payments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support operational tasks such as audits, inventory checks, and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and excellent customer service.
- Utilize retail systems, POS, and Microsoft Office tools efficiently.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, and previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
