What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care
- Gather customer information, assess needs, and offer tailored solutions
- Promote our services with confidence and enthusiasm
- Support field technicians with scheduling and coordination
- Perform administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
Schedule / Compensation:
- Monday - Friday with rotating weekends
- In-Person at our Cheektowaga branch
- $19-$23 per hour based on experience
