Job description:

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service and administrative operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience supporting customers, internal teams, and order coordination processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders, updates, and order changes accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Track orders and provide customers with shipment updates and status information
  • Maintain accurate customer records, purchase orders, and documentation
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner
  • Support inventory and order management processes as needed
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain strong communication with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and customer support at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, administrative, or order processing experience preferred
  • Manufacturing or logistics industry experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based within a manufacturing environment and may require communication with warehouse, shipping, and production teams throughout the day.
