Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire | Fully Onsite)
Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client on a temp-to-hire, full-time basis. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring a positive overall experience.
Position Details
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Work Environment: Fully onsite

Key Responsibilities
Providing customer service in-person, via phone or email
Receiving and processing shipments, entering shipment and order information into ERP system
Performing customer order entry, including assisting clients with price quotes
Answering incoming phone calls and emails from customers and manage order requests
Assisting clients in order selection as needed, including providing product specifications
Addressing customer concerns, related to product or shipment discrepancies
Processing customer returns or exchanges as needed
Required skills and experience
2 or more years in customer service
Manufacturing/distribution industry experience required
Prior experience coordinating between vendors, checking shipment statuses
Strong problem solving skills to resolve customer problems
Tech savvy, use of SAP or related ERP system preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
