Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional with experience in quote management, order processing, and customer coordination. The role focuses on proactive follow-up of service quotes, ensuring timely order conversion, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Quote Management & Follow-Up
  • Proactively track all open service quotes and conduct systematic follow-up to drive order conversion.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up cadence through calls, emails, and SFDC updates to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Identify and escalate high-value or at-risk quotes to sales leadership.
  • Analyze quote activity and provide insights on trends, customer feedback, and lost opportunities.
Order Processing & Coordination
  • Convert accepted quotes into sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage payment processing and collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Credit teams as needed.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Communicate order updates, delays, or changes to customers as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to quoting accuracy, follow-up, and turnaround time.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer interactions in SFDC and ERP systems.
  • Generate reports on quote volume, conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company processes.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Experience working with SFDC/CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
