Customer Service Representative
Back Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Start date: immediately. Position has potential to go perm. Where: Boston, Saugus, East Boston, Natick, Auburn. Hours: Full Time: Monday-Friday alternating shifts of:
- 5:50AM-2:20PM
- 9AM-5:30PM, &
- 11AM-7:30PM* (Wednesdays only*)
- Alternating Saturdays 7:50AM-2:20PM
Required:
Must have high data entry scores using a 10 Key Calculator, pass a background check and drug screen
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Associate Supervisor with daily operations of Natick office
- Perform account maintenance including account changes, transponder changes, replenishments and adjustments
- Meet corporation/agency standards and deadlines
- Maintain neat and accurate files
- Assist in opening and closing the Natick office as needed
- Assist in reducing Production backlog
- Process tasks such as web apps, add tags, payments, tolls, transfers, emails, and option changes.
- Cash out and prepare deposit at end of shift
- Participate in weekend rotation
- Perform other duties as directed by management
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Excellent phone skills, data entry skills, customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills
- Adapt quickly, efficiently, and positively to various projects assigned
- Works well in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Must remain professional under every circumstance with patrons and staff members
- Must maintain a good attendance record
Education: High School Equivalent required
