The Customer Service Center Call Center Team member is responsible for efficiently processing work assignments into business systems, ensuring adherence to procedures to meet service level goals.
- Provide accurate, timely resolutions to claims customer inquiries and inform clients about claim statuses via phone.
- Coordinate follow-ups with claims adjusters and support other CSC areas as needed.
- Uphold the company's Code of Business Conduct and apply relevant compliance policies, standards, and laws.
- Require previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, capable of problem-solving independently, and have knowledge of insurance, medical terminology, and PMA Claims Systems (a plus).
- Position hours are M-F, 11:45am - 8:00pm EST, with bilingual (Spanish) proficiency required. Must be local to Allentown, PA.
