Seeking a Sr. Customer Service Representative - Billing II earning $17.20+ per hour, starting June 1st.
Responsibilities include providing empathetic support to 50-70 callers daily, assisting with health-related inquiries, and resolving complex issues while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications: 2+ years healthcare customer service experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of billing and eligibility processes.
Work schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with shifts between 8:30 AM–8:00 PM ET, including training hours. Overtime may be required.
