Your Role as a Customer Service Representative:
Youll be the heartbeat of our agencybuilding strong, lasting customer relationships while delivering expert insurance advice tailored to their needs. Be the trusted advisor helping our customers navigate the day-to-day needs and insurance questions. Youll proactively introduce products and services that make a real difference. Collaboration with your teammates ensures smooth, efficient operations.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Build and nurture customer relationships that drive loyalty and growth.
- Offer personalized, expert recommendations.

Who You Are:
- Bilingual in Spanish and Englishyour language skills help us serve a diverse community (REQUIRED).
- Licensed (or working toward licensing) in Texas for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (PREFERRED).
- Experience in insurance sales or customer service representative is a plus!
- A natural leader and relationship-builder with positive energy.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to exceed targets.
