Schedule:Shift Details: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs | 9:00am - 6:00pm
                       Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs | 9:00am - 8:00pm
                       Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon | 7:00am - 6:00pm
                       Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat | 7:00AM - 4:00PM
                       Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat | 9:00am - 8:00pm

Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team supporting customers, business partners, and drivers. In this role, you'll help ensure exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues, coordinating deliveries, and providing timely support via phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and business partner inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related issues
  • Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify required documentation
  • Process delivery order changes and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project is a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call center experience
  • Transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience
  • Experience handling customer escalations
