Serving both residential and light commercial clients, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and customer inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. If you are a driven, positive, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $17–$21 / hour

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Reliable & Loyal: You have a stable work history (minimum 2+ years of tenure per role - no year-to-year job-hopping) and build long-term trust with teammates and customers.
Great on the Phone: You genuinely love talking to people. You are highly comfortable with inbound calls and confident making outbound calls. (Note: This is not cold calling - you will be reaching out to existing customers who have already interacted with us).
Teachable & Content: You are eager to learn our systems and grow within your role. We are looking for a dedicated teammate who loves being in a CSR role.
Level-Headed: You possess high emotional intelligence, maintain composure under pressure, and can easily de-escalate tense customer situations.
Positive & Friendly: You bring a warm, helpful demeanor and a touch of humor to the office, always willing to go the extra mile.
Professionally handle incoming customer calls.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, schedule adjustments, collections, and customer care ("Happy Calls").
Schedule technicians, manage daily routes, and provide customer updates (dispatching experience is a plus, but not required!).
Complete work orders, verify service completion via reports, and address customer concerns.
Assist with office tasks, cross-training, ordering materials, and writing thank-you notes.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in an office, customer service, or phone-heavy role. Experience in residential or commercial home services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) or dispatching is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
Tenure: A proven track record of stability, showing at least 2+ years at your previous workplaces.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with social media platforms and comfortable utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
References: Must be able to provide a minimum of two professional references from previous managers, bosses, or supervisors.
