Seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the JSI team in Payson, Utah or Bangor, Maine.
Develops and maintains strong customer relations by providing high-quality service, coordinating sales orders with manufacturing schedules, and resolving customer concerns.
Responsibilities include receiving orders via fax or phone, advising customers on delivery dates, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and production.
Qualifications include a two-year degree or relevant experience, strong multitasking, accuracy, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Reports to the Manager of Customer Success.
