Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries
Provide product information, pricing, and lead times
Process orders, quotes, and repair requests; provide order status updates
Open and maintain customer accounts
Handle returns, complaints, and issue resolution in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs

Qualifications
5+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience handling high call volumes
