Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, evaluating claims, gathering documentation, explaining contract provisions, and logging information in the system.
Ideal candidates are bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred), with strong customer service, phone, and multitasking skills. Automotive experience and technical certifications are a plus, along with the ability to type at least 30 WPM.
The role is remote, with on-the-job training provided.
