    Description

No Automotive Experience Needed – We Will Train You!
Hourly Pay. Not Commission-Only. Five-Day Work Week.

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and creating memorable customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly face that welcomes customers, guides them through the vehicle shopping process, and ensures they leave excited about their new purchase.

Here's what makes this different from a typical car sales job: You are paid hourly from day one — no commission-only, no draw against future earnings. After 90 days you become eligible for bonus on top of your hourly pay. You work a 5-day, 40-hour week with a set schedule, not bell-to-bell six days a week.

In this role, you'll work closely with a Sales Manager and Team Leader to support the sales process by building relationships with customers, answering questions, demonstrating vehicles, coordinating test drives, and providing an outstanding delivery experience. No high-pressure selling required — the Sales Manager/Team Leader handles closing the sale. Your focus is on delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless, enjoyable customer experience.

This is a great fit if you're coming from: retail, restaurant or food service, hotel and hospitality, call center or customer support, banking and teller work, or a front-desk/receptionist role. If you've spent your days taking care of people — on the phone, at a counter, or on a floor — you already have the hardest part of this job figured out. We'll teach you the rest.
