Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Automotive to handle inbound calls regarding maintenance claims.
Responsibilities include reviewing automotive contracts, evaluating claims, obtaining necessary documentation, and assisting customers with contract questions.
Utilize company systems to log notes and input documentation.
Training is on-the-job, with preferred qualifications such as bilingual skills, technical certification or degree, automotive experience, and ASE certifications.
Must have strong customer service, phone, and multitasking skills, and be able to type at least 30 WPM.
