Customer Service Representative

A customer service representative is needed immediately for a long term temporary assignment at a Weston, MA corporation. Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling patron issues
  • Process applications for walk-in patrons
  • Perform account maintenance, including account changes, transponder changes, re-certifications, additional tag requests, replenishments, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Assist in the reduction of production backlog (i.e. web applications, add tag requests, etc.)
  • Contact customers for additional account information
  • Prepare reports to include daily Walk-In Report
  • Speed and accuracy are a must
  • Audit work for accuracy
  • Cash out and prepare deposit at end of shift
  • Assist in opening and closing the office as needed
