Customer Service Representative

Location: 285 W. Wieuca Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30342

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role helps customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and other store services while providing an excellent in-store experience.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: Store open 9 AM – 5 PM

  • Team hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Closed on most Federal Holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services

  • Operate point-of-sale system, printers, and store equipment

  • Process orders and provide product/service recommendations

  • Sort and manage virtual mailbox mail

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong multitasking and communication abilities

  • Detail-oriented with good time management

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Retail/POS software experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
