Including driver qualified (valid license).\n \nAssist in unloading and loading vendor and customer vehicles.\n \nMonitor completion of daily customer LTL shipment including UPS.\n \nAssist the GM and AGM with inventory controls including but not limited to cycle counts, daily review inventory levels, scrap processing and loss prevention.\n \nOther duties as assigned.\n \nQualifications\n \n1-3 years Customer Service experience, door industry preferred.\n \nAttention to detail and problem solving.\n \nExcellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills while interfacing with all levels of staff and customers.\n \nWorking knowledge of PC's and related software including MS Word, Excel, Access, Lotus Notes, etc.\n \nBasic math skills required.\n \nWillingness to learn product and processes.\n \nEducation\n \nHigh School Diploma or GED\n \nPhysical / Work Environment Requirements\n \nAbility to stand for long periods of time in a non-climate controlled environment.\n \nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\n \nDISCLAIMER\n \nAll the above duties and responsibilities are essential job functions subject to reasonable accommodation.
