Join a leading solid waste services provider as a Customer Service Representative in Alvin, Texas, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities include resolving customer disputes, handling high call volumes, and providing exceptional service by using CRM software to process service requests, schedule installations, and promote additional services.
Work environment is a clean, well-lit call center with individual workstations. The role involves sitting, typing, and computer use most of the day, with some noise in call areas.
Requirements: 1+ year of customer service experience, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and typing/10-key abilities. Bilingual skills are preferred.
