Your New Role

  • Answer inbound customer calls and schedule plumbing service appointments

  • Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and job requirements

  • Communicate scheduling updates and appointment confirmations with customers

  • Provide professional customer support and resolve scheduling concerns

  • Assist with administrative and clerical office responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer and scheduling records

  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed

  • Position based in Tucson, Arizona

  • 1–3 years of customer service or dispatching experience

  • Experience in administration or the home service industry preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods as needed during shifts

  • Experience with DESCO software is a plus
