Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general account questions.
• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Property & Casualty Insurance license or be willing to obtain one within 60 days of employment.
• Must reside within 20 miles of office location.
• Must have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
