Customer Service Representative


Position Overview:
The Temporary Customer Service Representative supports this manufacturing companies’ overall sales efforts by collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. This position handles order entry, customer communication, documentation, and other activities that contribute to an efficient and successful sales process.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20.00–$26.00 per hour


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with key customers, internal sales staff, resellers, and business partners nationwide.
  • Process customer and government partner orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate installation scheduling and ensure all related tasks are completed in partnership with sales and service teams.
  • Provide quotes, data, and other requested information to inside sales teams, accounts, partners, and resellers.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of pricing structures, government agreements, and product line terms to support customers and enhance sales fulfillment.
  • Oversee and contribute to RFP, RFQ, and bid submissions, ensuring all documentation is maintained and organized.
  • Track and update information on potential sales opportunities, including regular maintenance of CRM records.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Clear and effective communication skills—both written and verbal—with comfort interacting by phone and in person.
  • Motivated, goal-focused, and willing to take initiative on new assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet set goals and performance expectations.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • High level of computer literacy, including online research, CRM applications, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Mechanical aptitude is strongly


Education & Experience:
An Associate’s degree or equivalent background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in a sales support or office environment is desirable. Entry-level candidates will also be considered.
