Join our expanding team as a Customer Service Representative, serving as the first point of contact to deliver exceptional service and create positive customer experiences.
- Greet customers warmly in person, via phone, and email, representing our brand professionally.
- Assist with processing sales orders, maintaining accurate documentation and approvals.
- Manage customer accounts, credit applications, and financing arrangements.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, following established procedures.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and escalate complex concerns when needed.
- Support operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance efforts.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure paperwork is completed correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize retail systems, POS, and office software efficiently.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements: Must be 18+, authorized to work in the US, high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year customer service or administrative experience preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
