Seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives at our FHA Resource Center in Albuquerque, NM to support HUD’s mission of creating strong, inclusive communities.
- Assist renters, homebuyers, and homeowners via calls and emails regarding housing and FHA mortgage programs.
- Provide excellent customer service, follow SOPs, and document interactions accurately.
- Utilize multiple computer systems and support tools; handle high call volumes.
- Require a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of contact center experience, and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
