Customer Service Specialist

Richfield, OH (Onsite)
Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm | Full-Time

Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity where you can help customers and grow with a fast-paced company?

West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialistto support our Richfield branch. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with post-installation service requests
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate necessary follow-up
  • Order replacement parts through manufacturers when needed
  • Communicate schedule updates and service timelines to customers
  • Escalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
