What You’ll Be Doing:

  •  Helping clients with policy changes and account questions 
  •  Assisting customers by phone, text, and email 
  •  Supporting agents with quotes and follow-up 
  •  Helping create a smooth and positive customer experience 
  •  Learning the insurance industry from the ground up 
  •  Growing toward eventually becoming a licensed insurance agent 
Qualifications:

  •  Positive attitude and strong communication skills 
  •  Organized and dependable 
  •  Comfortable using computers and technology 
  •  Able to multitask in a fast-moving environment 
  •  Insurance experience is a plus, but not required 
  •  Insurance license not required to start, but becoming licensed will be an expected goal after hiring
