Customer Service Representative

About the role:

Were looking for a Customer Care Rep on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) This team is looking for a Experience documenting customer issues in detail and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to support the utility bill management operations. This role is ideal for someone who succeeds, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering a high level of service. You will help ensure accurate account management and a seamless customer experience. You will report to the onsite manager.

Location: 3527 N Buffalo St. Orchard Park, NY 14127 OR 5672 Main St. Williamsville, NY 14221

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for customers, utility providers,

vendors, and third-party suppliers.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring follow-up and complete resolution
• Manage daily activities related to utility billing, including account

setup, maintenance, and closure

• Provide support on billing inquiries, disconnection notices, and

utility/vendor contract matters

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within CRM and billing systems
• Monitor account activity and identify discrepancies or issues requiring attention
• Analyze recurring customer concerns and recommend process

improvements to enhance service delivery

• Help with special projects and contribute to ongoing operational and process improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (at least 4 years in acustomer-facing role)

We prefer experience in energy or utilities, but we do not require it.

• We require proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Word
