  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or logistics preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
