What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent service by managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and timeliness.
- Creating and processing orders, including generating quotes, invoices, and insurance claims accurately to convert inquiries into sales.
- Navigating relevant systems to identify parts, provide precise freight estimates, and update customer records efficiently.
- Collaborating with warehouses and accounting teams to resolve shipping delays, payment issues, and warranty concerns.

What You'll Bring:

- 23 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
