Customer Service Representative – Pukalani Branch (Temp?to?Hire)Bishop & Company is seeking a
Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a financial institution located at the
Pukalani Branch on Maui. In this role, you will deliver high?quality customer service to bank clients both inside and outside the branch while consistently presenting a professional image as a representative of the Bank.
You will promote the Bank’s products and services by educating customers on features and benefits and serve as the initial point of contact for referrals to Personal Bankers and specialized departments, including consumer lending, commercial lending, and credit cards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in a branch environment
- Educate customers on banking products and services
- Identify opportunities and refer clients to Personal Bankers and specialty departments
- Process customer transactions accurately and confidentially
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Maintain a professional, service?oriented presence
Qualifications- Associate’s degree in business or equivalent relevant work experience (required)
- Completion of the Bank’s CSR School is required upon hire
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following:
- Commercial savings teller or teller/clerk teller at a financial institution, or
- Retail sales environment selling products and services
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to conduct sales presentations for individuals and groups
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Proficiency with PC?based word processing applications
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute
Additional Information- Job Type: Temporary?to?Hire
- Pay: $21–$24 per hour (commensurate with experience) plus sales incentives
- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: Rotational basis, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- (Hours may vary)
- Location: Pukalani, Maui, Hawai‘i
