Seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, for a financial institution. Hours are Monday–Friday, 1st shift, with some Saturday mornings. Starting pay is $15.00–$16.00/hr plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and perks.
Responsibilities include handling financial transactions for checking, savings, and loans; confirming transactions verbally with members; identifying solutions to improve customers' financial health; supporting staff; and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
