Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Phone & Email Support

Location: Whitsett, North Carolina

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships with customer accounts. What You’ll Do
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Handle customer claims (approximately 60% of workload) – NO order entry required
  • Utilize systems like CSI or Syteline (similar to SAP) to manage customer accounts
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate product information and solutions
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication
  • Resolve complaints by offering timely solutions and follow-up support
  • Provide after-sales service and account support using appropriate tools
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation
  • Follow established communication procedures, policies, and guidelines
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in phone-based and email-based customer support
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service systems (SAP, CSI, Syteline preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills (grammar, spelling, and professionalism)
  • High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
