Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)


We are seeking motivated and professional Customer Service Representatives who have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow within a stable and growing company. This is a full-time position with benefits available upon reaching designated employment milestones.


The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and enjoys building relationships while providing outstanding service over the phone.


Minimum Qualifications


  •  Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a telephonic or call center environment 
  •  Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) — required 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to build trust and establish rapport with clients 
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask 
  •  Basic computer proficiency 
  •  Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude 
  •  Pleasant and professional phone presence 
Preferred Qualifications


  •  Previous experience in Medicare or the insurance industry is a plus, but not required
