JOB REQUIREMENTS: Identify and update Key Performance indicators (KPIs)
such as time for responses for quotes and time for orders to be
processed that support business strategy for the Hygienic Fluid Handling
(HFH) Team. Coordinate product training for members of the team along
with pump applications group. Expedite process for PD assemblies between
Customer Service and Project team. Be a point of reference for
escalation and expedites with local and international suppliers.
Facilitate meetings with team leads and members to identify areas of
improvement, implementation and control of initiatives Coordination and
execution of projects that impact the level of service for the business
unit. Participate in the interview process for new hires within customer
service team. Lead cross functional teams to execute projects or high
impact in the level of customer service. Share results with team. Create
and maintain SOPs and work instructions. such How to navigate and
utilize service now for workflow; b) Instructions to follow and who to
contact per HFH suppliers; c) How to quote and find information for the
products; d) Onsite training product training; f) Dashboards and reports
on service now; g) Instructions and concepts to follow per customer, and
h) Who to contact Alfa Laval USA. Support the HFH Team in the use and
application of HFH Tools including ONE4AL, MOVEX, ACT, Antime, EAOnline.
Research invoice disputes with account receivable and account payable,
and suppliers/ customers. Work with the Customer Service Representative,
suppliers and customers, making sure that invoices not paid are
addressed accordingly. Building a centralized knowledge base for the HFH
Customer Support Team. Building the Ticketing system used for customer
order management. Onboarding and training of new hires. RPA / Order
automation. Building Onboarding plans for order entry specialist and
account representative. Industries: Dairy and Pharmaceutical. Products:

equipment. Tools: ONE4AL : Alfa Laval's quotation and order fulfilment

web-based multi-component concept securing continuous efficiency
improvements through the utilization of common, standardized and
integrated business processes as well as master data whereby country
differences are limited to local "law & legislation" and strong
"business practice" demands. MOVEX MOVEX ERP software: A Movex ERP
installation used in distribution Centers, often referred as DC.PULSE ,
movex is heavily integrated with many of other Alfa Laval sales and
product information/reporting systems like One4Al, OPBI, AX. ACT
Advanced Configuration Tool: System used to submit, keep track and
handling of claims. Anytime: E-commerce site for configuration of
products, place orders, check price and availability, status of orders
and technical documentation. Item availability: system to review bill of
materials and availability for different vendors for components. Onecrm
Tools: system used for sales and quote follow ups. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain
management, or a related filed (or foreign equivalent). Two (2) years of
experience in logistics management positions for heavy machinery
service. Two (2) years of experience in each of the following skills:
(1) Manage order processes using One4AL; (2) Application of Onecrm
Tools; (3) supplier management at all levels of the supply chain; (4)
invoice management with cross- functional teams; (5) fluid heat
transfer. Other Requirements: Overtime Eligible Travel; 5-10% of
