About the role


We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems and finding ways to add value. You’ll support customers with day-to-day service needs, identify opportunities to sell, and to cross-sell additional coverage, and assist with basic marketing activities to help our agency grow.


What you’ll do


  • Provide friendly, accurate support for customer questions and service requests
  • Build relationships and follow up to ensure customers feel supported
  • Identify customer needs and sell additional insurance solutions (salary + commission role)
  • Schedule appointments and support the sales process with organized documentation and follow-through
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks (examples: coordinating community outreach, supporting social media or email content, tracking simple campaign activity)
  • Maintain clean, timely and accurate records in agency systems

What We’re Looking For
 
  • Experience in insurance, and a love for customer interaction
  • Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to people and writing to them
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools (CRM, marketing platforms, AI tools, etc.)
  • Self-starter mentality—you don’t need constant direction
