Customer Service Specialist (Retirement Plans)
6-Month Contract
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about helping others? We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support retirement plan administration by assisting with plan setup, onboarding, data review, and ongoing client support.
In this role, you'll work directly with employers to ensure retirement plans are established accurately, data is processed correctly, and complex regulations are followed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, critical thinking abilities, and experience working with detailed financial or retirement plan information.
What You'll Do
Support the setup and onboarding of new retirement plans
Review and import data while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Balance transactions and troubleshoot discrepancies
Communicate with employers regarding plan setup and ongoing plan needs
Interpret and apply retirement plan rules, regulations, and processes
Process administrative tasks requiring strong attention to detail
Analyze information and resolve issues using critical thinking skills
Required Qualifications
Experience or knowledge of retirement plan administration
Experience with data review, data imports, and balancing transactions
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and apply complex rules and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and administrative processing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting new business onboarding
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience coordinating with clients, employers, or external stakeholders

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
