Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative III

Position type: Full Time - Contract
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Atlanta, GA

Asa Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer telephone call inquiries and promote an organization's product or services.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • 8+ years of Customer Service skills
  • Troubleshooting skills

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $15 - $18 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
