Position Title: Customer Service Rep - Bilingual (Spanish)
Location: Rialto, CA
Duration: Minimum 30-days. End date is expected to be Extended - Contract

Pay Range: USD $25-26 an hour W2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:
High school diploma or GED plus additional specialized courses or Associates Degree in a related field.
At least three years internal or directly related experience with knowledge of departmental functions, policies, procedures, terminology and interrelationships.
Spanish Bilingual
Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a calm, professional, and courteous manner while adhering to company policies
Experienced with handling cash and credit card transactions applying to customer accounts, and sensitive financial information, preventing errors, maintaining customer trust, and ensure compliance with financial procedures
Spanish Bilingual
Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a calm, professional, and courteous manner while adhering to company policies

Employee Orientation. Cross Training and advanced Systems training when necessary. Training to keep abreast of new technology, industry trends and practices to improve efficiency. Performs some advanced functions as part of training and development
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
Answers telephone calls and/or responds to emails regarding customer requests or internal
requests.
Processes customer requests for service or start/stop service.
Processes customer complaints and requests that may be resolved by other departments.
Handles cash, check or credit card payments at the service counter.
Demonstrates a commitment to health, safety programs.
Performs other projects and tasks as assigned
