JOB SUMMARY: Develops and maintains good customer relations by providing and assuring high performance customer service. Coordinates sales orders with manufacturing schedules.

DUTIES:

§ Directly involved with all customer concerns and assists and is responsible for resolving noted issues

§ Receive customer orders by either fax or telephone

§ Advise customers about order scheduling and delivery dates

§ Coordinate customer orders with the manufacturing division's production capabilities

§ Other duties that may be assigned on an as-required basis

RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Maintains a safe work environment

§ Follows procedures detailed in the Company Handbook and in other documents

§ Demonstrates a professional attitude when approaching work assignments

§ Maintains a positive outlook and offers outstanding customer service to our clientele.

§ Displays a sense of urgency towards completing assigned tasks

§ Assists in developing solutions to problems

§ Assures the quality of work produced is acceptable to company standards and specifications

§ Maintains a good attendance record

QUALIFICATIONS:

§ Preferably a two-year degree in Accounting, Business Administration or commensurate work experience

§ Ability to manage multi tasks in a fast paced environment

§ Ability to work with the highest degree of accuracy

§ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

§ Ability to interact with management, production employees and customers

§ Capable of learning new skills as needed

§ Must be detail oriented

JOB RELATIONSHIPS:

§ Reports directly to the Manager of Customer Success.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 lbs. occasionally, sitting most of the time, and only brief periods of standing and walking.
  • Requires minimal travel for training or customer store visits as needed.
