JOB SUMMARY: Develops and maintains good customer relations by providing and assuring high performance customer service. Coordinates sales orders with manufacturing schedules.
DUTIES:
§ Directly involved with all customer concerns and assists and is responsible for resolving noted issues
§ Receive customer orders by either fax or telephone
§ Advise customers about order scheduling and delivery dates
§ Coordinate customer orders with the manufacturing division's production capabilities
§ Other duties that may be assigned on an as-required basis

QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Preferably a two-year degree in Accounting, Business Administration or commensurate work experience
§ Ability to manage multi tasks in a fast paced environment
§ Ability to work with the highest degree of accuracy
§ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Ability to interact with management, production employees and customers
§ Capable of learning new skills as needed
§ Must be detail oriented
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
§ Reports directly to the Manager of Customer Success.
