Job Description

Were looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Springfield location (544 W Jefferson St). As the face of our organization, youll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while managing various aspects of our pizza restaurant operations.

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and take customer orders accurately
  • Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
  • Process cash and card transactions efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in taking phone orders and handling customer inquiries
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
  • Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
