Duties may include, but not limited to:
- Develop and cultivate in market relationships
- Cross-selling existing customers with other company products
- Generate new business, leads and referrals
- Understand company culture and philosophy
- Sense of urgency when accomplishing goals
- Ensure company services standards are met at all times
- Excellent internal and external customer orientation
- Foster business development and agency growth within the community
- Overcoming Objections & Sales Obstacles
- Excellent customer service & relationship building
- Offer Life Policies in partnership with licensed agents
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
Job Requirements
- Property Casualty Agents License (required)
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Benefits:
- Base Salary $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience plus Commission
- Major Holidays Observed/Paid

Qualified candidates will possess:
- Prior Property & Casualty experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume phone call environment
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- Organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus
