The Marketing & Sales Representative is the smile and handshake of our clients brand. We provide the first impression to customers, and generate new business through in person presentations. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Foundation Sales & Marketing
- Accounts Management
- Business Development
- Location Management
- Client Relation and Retention
- Support in developing and executing direct client presentations.
- Help and attend client-facing roles and/or visit job sites as needed.
- Assist in the development and execution of proposals, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on ways to improve sales margins.
- Participate in the development and execution of a direct marketing campaign.
- Reliable Transportation to the office and client meetings required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Demonstrated work ethic, motivation, and a thirst for learning.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and ambitious.
- Willingness to progress from entry-level to management.
- 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing with a strong focus BTL / ground promotion strategies.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in event execution and brand activation.
- Excellent customer engagement, communication, execution and negotiation skills.
