As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Grace Roberts - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle all customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives.

  • Advising customers regarding insurance 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of experience working in the Insurance field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Licenses required for Property & Casualty and Life & Disability
