As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tony Volante - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the office team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years in sales/customer service preferred.
  • Prior experience in a managerial role preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
