We are looking for a Customer Manager in the field of technical and logistical services, for a key and impactful role within the division. This position includes full responsibility for providing technical and logistical solutions to the company's customers-from product delivery to end-of-life of the system. This is an opportunity to shape the customer experience, work with a variety of technical and operational interfaces, and be part of a professional team that operates in an environment of collaboration, excellence, and national security significance.
In this role, you will:
- Provide responses to technical inquiries and professional support in coordination with engineering and operations teams
- Manage and follow up on equipment arriving from customers for repair
- Plan materials and equipment for procurement requirements and preventive maintenance activities
- Hold daily and weekly calls with customers to provide status updates and ensure system availability
- Manage overseas shipments and close the service loop with the customer, including coordination with import/export functions
- Maintain continuous collaboration with program managers, ILS, engineering, production planning, procurement, quality, and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management (Advantage)
- Previous experience in an industrial company in operational or business domains (Advantage)
- Familiarity with UAV systems (Advantage)
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
- Full proficiency in Office applications
- High level of English
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive customer-oriented approach
