We are looking for a Customer Manager in the field of technical and logistical services, for a key and impactful role within the division. This position includes full responsibility for providing technical and logistical solutions to the company's customers-from product delivery to end-of-life of the system. This is an opportunity to shape the customer experience, work with a variety of technical and operational interfaces, and be part of a professional team that operates in an environment of collaboration, excellence, and national security significance.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide responses to technical inquiries and professional support in coordination with engineering and operations teams
  • Manage and follow up on equipment arriving from customers for repair
  • Plan materials and equipment for procurement requirements and preventive maintenance activities
  • Hold daily and weekly calls with customers to provide status updates and ensure system availability
  • Manage overseas shipments and close the service loop with the customer, including coordination with import/export functions
  • Maintain continuous collaboration with program managers, ILS, engineering, production planning, procurement, quality, and subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management (Advantage)
  • Previous experience in an industrial company in operational or business domains (Advantage)
  • Familiarity with UAV systems (Advantage)
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
  • Full proficiency in Office applications
  • High level of English
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive customer-oriented approach
