What You'll Do (High-Level)
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for your territory-supporting dealers, customers, and field sales from first question through final resolution.
You won't just pass along information-you'll own the answer, guide the process, and make things easier for the customer every step of the way.
